Shmuel A. Steinberg is a partner and co-founder of Thompson Steinberg. He has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance, insurance coverage, and insurance litigation, vehicular accidents, personal injury, construction defect litigation, and general litigation.
Mr. Steinberg graduated as Salutatorian with a magna cum laude from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Steinberg competed in four national Moot Court Competitions and was tech editor for the school’s Law Review which involved ensuring the factual, technical and legal accuracy of the articles. Mr. Steinberg also spent a semester as an extern for the California Appellate Court.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Steinberg was a Journalism graduate from Brooklyn College, in Brooklyn, New York, where he spent a couple of years as managing editor and reporter for the college newspaper. After graduation, Mr. Steinberg worked for a weekly newspaper based in New York, before making the move to California.
